Who is responsible?
Stadspoort Asset Management is a trading name of Aberfeld Asset Management B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 34364453), Eemnesserweg 55, 3743 AE Baarn, the Netherlands. Aberfeld is the data controller. Contact info@stadspoort.com about this website or your data. This notice covers the website and initial contact; Aberfeld’s privacy policy also applies to client files.
What data and why?
When you email, call, book or use WhatsApp, we process the contact details and content you provide to answer you and prepare a meeting. Our basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling correspondence. Hosting processes technical requests, including IP address, requested URL and time, to deliver and secure the website. The brochure can be downloaded without an email address; downloading does not subscribe you to marketing.
Calendar, WhatsApp and providers
The website uses OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. The Cal.com calendar loads only when you choose it; Cal.com processes your submitted details and booking. WhatsApp is an external link and opens only after a click. We receive the details and messages you send; WhatsApp also processes data under its own policy. Email and hosting providers process data to operate these services. We do not sell your data. Email or telephone remain available as alternatives.
Processing outside the EEA
International providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Cal.com states that it processes data in the United States. Provider policies explain locations, recipients and transfer safeguards. Aberfeld’s policy applies to processing on our behalf; contact info@stadspoort.com to ask about applicable safeguards.
How long do we retain data?
We retain correspondence while needed for your enquiry, follow-up or records of our service. Aberfeld’s policy provides for client files up to five years after the relationship ends and financial and tax records for seven years. Legal obligations or disputes may require longer retention. The cookie-notice acknowledgement expires after 180 days. External providers describe their retention in their own policies.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw any consent. Email info@stadspoort.com or the privacy contact named by Aberfeld: a.thijsen@aberfeld.nl. We normally respond within one month. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This website does not make automated investment decisions about you.
